OUR RESPONCE TO COVID 19

We are taking additional measures drawn up with the advice of local and global public health authorities, to make our hygiene and safety protocols even more stringent. We built on the best practices standard operating procedures so that you rest easy with us and focus on enjoying the unforgettable experiences we have to offer.
At the entrances of the Hotel and in all common areas we have installed touchless hand sanitizers. At the main entrances the guests are asked to sanitize their hands, measure body temperature and wear masks. Special signages are placed in public areas to remind our guests and visitors to observe body distancing. Clear signage is displayed to avoid overcrowding in elevators. All common areas and staff areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly and thoroughly. The corridors and hotel lobby are ventilated several times a day. Standard operating procedures in the context of COVID-19 outbreak are at guest’s disposal in 2 languages at the hotel reception desk.
CHECK IN PROCESS
Reception staff work in disposable gloves, and the registration procedure takes place through a protective glass. At the entrance all guests are monitored carefully and proactively through temperature checks. Luggage is being disinfected upon arrival. The reception area and hotel lobby are disinfected at least once an hour and regularly ventilated. The reception desk, payment terminals and room keys are disinfected on a regular basis before every check-in, after the check out and regularly during the day.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT PROCEDURES
At the entrances of the Restaurant and Bar we have installed touchless hand sanitizers. At the entrances the guests are reminded to sanitize their hands and wear masks. Table setups are done according to social distance regulations. All guests as well as the staff members are monitored carefully and proactively through temperature checks for symptoms related to COVID-19 . To minimize the spread of the COVID-19, the guests are asked to keep the body distancing, and to avoid helping themselves from the breakfast buffet. Instead our waiting staff, wearing personal protective equipment, assist and serve every guest. Physical menus have been replaced by QR codes that display the menus in the guest’s personal smartphones. Restaurant staff work in disposable gloves and masks and follow the body distancing.
Our strict hygiene protocols ensure that rooms and amenities have been deep cleaned and disinfected for a safe use (Guest Rooms upon check-in, Minibar, bathrooms, etc.). Each guestroom is cleaned and disinfected and then is sealed to assure that nobody has entered or used it after the cleaning and disinfection. In-Room Guest Information (such as Guest Directories, Hotel Brochures, Wellness, or Room Service Menus) are handled digitally (with a QR Code for access). Our soft furnishings are disinfected thoroughly. Complimentary sanitizing hand wipes and gels are provided in the guestrooms. Cleaning staff work with gloves while maintaining body distancing. Electrostatic sprayers are used to provide precise and complete application of disinfectants.
